Our classes are fun, energetic, and sweaty. Funky Buddha Yoga is how we roll. Our heated, flowing classes cultivate a dynamic energy which keeps your internal heat high, and your heart steadily pumping. Plan to flow and sweat your way through a cleansing, cardiovascular 60 or 75 minutes. Expect to torch calories, improve strength, increase flexibility, sharpen mental focus, and transcend stress. Simply put, Funky Buddha yoga works for everybody and every body. No matter who you are, we've got a place that's just right for YOU! 

Absolute Beginners Class 

Intrigued by yoga? Not sure where to begin? The Absolute Beginners Class is designed exclusively for new students, and students starting back to yoga after an extended period of time off. We'll answer questions like what should I bring? what can I expect? what are the benefits of hot yoga? and what is the meaning of life? Then we'll go over the fundamental poses and terminology helpful for developing a lifelong love for yoga. Walk in a beginner and leave with the confidence to start your hot yoga practice!  Please call ahead, this class can be taken by pre-registration only. Funky Buddha Basics

Because learning never ends, our Funky Buddha Basics class is a place for advanced yogis and beginners alike.  Bring your questions and requests to this fun, informative, and highly interactive class. Instructors will break down our Power Vinyasa sequence with alignment cues and demonstrations sure to help you develop and deepen your yoga practice. They'll also teach you the golden ticket to Power Vinyasa (and life): how to flow. Move, sweat, laugh, learn, and fall in love at first downdog all over again.

Funky Buddha Power Vinyasa

Funky Buddha Power Vinyasa is our signature. This class is the place to be if you want to lose weight, increase strength and flexibility, cross-train, sharpen mental focus, or simply learn to go with the flow. No matter your goals, we’re certain you’ll walk in and float out with a new found sense of accomplishment.

Shake Your Asana

Think Power Vinyasa flow, heat, and a beat. Our staff instructors (turned Resident DJ's) will spin tunes while you practice and flow.  This is not a dance class...but you will get down.

Funky Buddha Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a hot yoga and vinyasa marriage made in heaven. Enjoy 25 minutes of heated Power Vinyasa flow, followed by 30 minutes of deep, quiet holding set to music. End with 10 minutes each of Savasana and silent sitting, and you’ll be sure to find your bliss. This class is the perfect compliment for Funky Buddhas who want to explore longer held poses and the more contemplative side of their practice. Simply put, our highest goal is giving you the space to slow down and breathe deep.

Funky Buddha Community Class

Straight up Power Vinyasa, this class is taught on a rotating basis by staff teachers and trainees. The drop-in rate is just $5, and is always free to members.  You have helped us raise over $25,070 so far!

Funky Buddha Etiquette

  • Complete registration forms.

    Please fill out our liability form now.   Ages 16-18 require a parent's signature.  No buddhas under 16 please.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure your spot.  Pre-registered student's spots will be given away 5 minutes before the start of class when the hothouse is full.

  • Wear comfy clothing.

    Class temps exceed 95°. There are bathrooms and changing areas, but no showers. We'll get you funky, you'll need alternatives for getting fresh.
  • Stay hydrated.

    Did we mention you'll sweat? Water is available in the studio, or bring your own refillable bottle.
  • Bring a mat and towel.

    Rentals are available for $3.
  • Bun in the oven?

    Please notify the instructor to chat around important modifications.
